Will your jewelry fade or turn my skin green?
We refuse to use cheap alloys. Every custom piece starts with premium, dental-safe base metals (Solid 925 Sterling Silver), finished with a heavy 5x PVD plating in 14K/18K Gold or White Gold for a brilliant, fade-resistant shine.

How do I use the At-Home Mold Kit?
Getting the perfect fit is crucial. Follow these 5 steps carefully when your kit arrives:
- Prepare: Take out one blue and one white putty from the single-serve pods.
- Mix: Knead them together for 20-30 seconds until they form a solid, uniform color. (Note: Do not mix longer than 60 seconds, or the putty will harden.)
- Form: Roll the mixed putty into a "sausage" shape and place it evenly into the mouth tray.
- Impress: Align the tray over your teeth and bite down completely. Hold still for 2-3 minutes. Do NOT talk or move your mouth.
- Verify & Return (CRUCIAL): Before mailing anything back, snap a clear, close-up photo of your mold and send it to us (via email support@icedgrillz.com or DM @icedgrillz25) along with your order number. Once our experts approve your mold, we will provide the return shipping instructions!
I have missing teeth or a gap. Can I still get custom grillz?
100% Yes. Because every piece is custom-made from scratch, we can craft your grillz to fit your unique dental structure perfectly. If you have a missing tooth, just ensure your mold deeply captures the gum area where the tooth is missing, and leave us a note with your order.
Are your grillz permanent or removable?
All of our custom grillz are 100% removable. They are precision-crafted based on your dental impression to "snap" securely onto your teeth, requiring no permanent dental work or glue.
How long does the entire custom process take?
Custom perfection takes time. After you purchase, your mold kit ships within 24-48 hours. Once you mail your approved mold back to us, our jewelers typically need 3-4weeks to cast, hand-set the stones, and polish your piece before shipping the final product to your door.
How do I clean and maintain the shine of my grillz?
Treat them like fine jewelry. Gently wipe them with a soft microfiber cloth after each use. NEVER use harsh chemicals, toothpaste, or abrasive brushes, as this will damage the heavy gold plating and dull the clarity of the stones. Always remove them before eating, smoking, or drinking anything other than water.

How do I know what size chain to buy?
18" (Choker length): Sits tight around the neck.
20" (Collarbone): Sits right at the collarbone. The most popular length for everyday wear.
22" - 24" (Mid-chest): Perfect for larger pendants or layering over clothing.
Are the stones securely set? What if one falls out?
We use professional Prong and Micro-pave settings (never glue) to ensure maximum security. However, high-end jewelry is delicate. While hand-setting is significantly more durable than machine-glued stones, stones can occasionally dislodge due to daily wear or accidental drops.

How long does it take to get my custom order?
Custom takes time. Once we receive your successful dental mold (or approve your custom pendant 3D design), production takes about 3 to 4 weeks. Quality cannot be rushed.
How fast do Pre-Made items ship?
Pre-made chains, pendants, and earrings are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
This depends on the type of product you purchased:
- Custom Items (Custom Grillz & Pendants): These are 100% Final Sale. Every piece is uniquely handcrafted to your specific dental structure or design. Once production begins, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
- Ready-to-Wear Items: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. However, the item must be in its original, unworn condition. Please note that all eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Can I cancel my Custom Order before it's made?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
- Before the Mold Kit is shipped: 100% Full Refund.
- After the Mold Kit is shipped, We can refund the order total minus a $50 fee (to cover the Mold Kit, processing, and shipping costs).
- Once your mold is received at our workshop, Production begins immediately, and no refunds or cancellations can be issued.
What if my item arrives damaged or has a defect?
We stand by our 20-year manufacturing heritage. If there is a clear manufacturing defect or if we made a mistake in your custom order, please contact us at support@icedgrillz.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will repair or remake the item for you at no additional cost.
