Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product type, custom order requirements, mold kit process, carrier delays, and destination.

1. Processing & Shipping for Non-Custom Items

For eligible non-custom jewelry and accessories, such as standard chains, pendants, earrings, bracelets, or other ready-to-ship accessories, orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Once shipped, standard domestic delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Please note:
This section applies only to non-custom jewelry and accessories. It does not apply to custom grillz, mold kits, custom-fitted products, dental impression materials, or made-to-order jewelry.

2. Custom Grillz Process & Timeline

Creating custom-fitted grillz takes time, precision, and a successful dental mold. The total timeline depends on how quickly the mold kit is delivered, how quickly the customer completes and returns the mold, whether the mold is usable, and the production schedule.

Step 1: Mold Kit Shipment

After you place a custom grillz order, a mold kit will typically be shipped to you within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery time for the mold kit depends on the shipping destination and carrier.

Step 2: Customer Returns the Mold

After receiving the mold kit, you are responsible for completing the mold correctly and shipping it back to us according to the instructions provided.

Delays in returning the mold will delay the production timeline.

Step 3: Mold Inspection

Once we receive your mold, our team will inspect it to determine whether it is usable for custom production.

If the mold is incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, distorted, or otherwise unusable, you may be required to purchase a replacement mold kit and submit a new mold. We are not responsible for delays caused by unusable molds or delayed customer return shipping.

Step 4: Custom Production

Production begins only after we receive and approve a usable mold and all required order details.

Custom grillz production typically takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date we receive and approve your successful mold.

Please note:
Production time does not start from the original order date. Production time starts after we receive and approve a usable mold.

3. Made-to-Order Jewelry

Some jewelry items may be made to order, even if they are not custom-fitted grillz. Processing and production times may vary by product.

If a product has a specific production timeline, the timeline listed on the product page or order confirmation will apply.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the package has been scanned.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, holidays, incorrect address information, or other events outside of our control.

If tracking shows that a package is in transit, delayed, or delivered, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery.

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address. If possible, please choose an address where you or someone you trust can receive the package.

When possible, we may assist customers with carrier claim information, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

7. International Shipping & Duties

We ship internationally to select destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local government or carrier.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refusing a package due to unpaid customs fees, taxes, duties, or import charges will not result in a refund.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local postal service, and carrier delays.

8. Order Changes & Shipping Updates

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed, a mold kit has been shipped, or production has begun.
