This website is operated by Iced Studio LLC under the brand name IGZ / IcedGrillz. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” “IGZ,” and “IcedGrillz” refer to Iced Studio LLC and its service providers where applicable.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Production, fulfillment support, customer service, and operational support may be provided by our affiliated service provider, Guangzhou Yijie Information Technology Co., Ltd., where applicable.

Section 1 - Product Accuracy & Handmade Variations

Our custom grillz and jewelry are handcrafted and made to order. While we strive for accuracy and quality, slight variations in stone placement, metal finish, shape, color, size, or exact appearance may occur.

For Moissanite and Lab Diamond products, we guarantee the material type as described in the product listing or custom order agreement, but exact carat weights, stone layout, and visual appearance may vary slightly due to the micro-pave setting process and the handmade nature of custom jewelry.

Section 2 - Custom Orders & Mold Kit Process

Most grillz products sold on this Site are custom-made based on the customer’s mold, impression, design selection, or order details.

Customers are responsible for following the mold kit instructions carefully and providing accurate information. Delays may occur if the mold is incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, delayed in transit, or not returned in time.

Custom production begins after the required order details, payment, and mold or impression information have been received and approved.

Section 3 - Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our grillz are intended for cosmetic and decorative purposes only. They are not intended for eating, sleeping, long-term dental correction, or medical/dental treatment.

IGZ / IcedGrillz is not a dental professional entity and does not provide dental, orthodontic, or medical advice. By purchasing, you agree that we are not liable for dental issues, allergic reactions, injuries, discomfort, or other problems resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, inaccurate molds, or use contrary to our guidelines.

If you have dental concerns, allergies, braces, retainers, dental implants, crowns, gum issues, or other oral health conditions, please consult a licensed dental professional before purchasing or using grillz.

Section 4 - Fraud Prevention & Right to Refuse Service

Due to the high value and custom nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, place orders on hold, or request additional identity verification if an order is flagged as high risk, suspicious, inconsistent, or potentially unauthorized.

Verification may include requesting a valid ID, confirmation of billing or shipping information, proof of authorization, or other reasonable information needed to protect against fraud.

If an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after goods, mold kits, production updates, or custom services have been provided, we reserve the right to submit all relevant communication, tracking proof, production records, delivery confirmation, and order evidence to the payment processor, financial institution, or relevant authority.

Section 5 - Pricing, Quotes & Product Changes

Prices for our products, including custom quotes, are subject to change without notice.

Custom quotes are valid only for the period stated in the quote or invoice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, service, material, design option, or pricing structure without notice.

Section 6 - Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGZ / IcedGrillz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, delays in production, delays caused by customer-provided information, carrier delays, or failure to follow product instructions.
